Provided is a beverage preparing device with central constant-temperature water supply, which mainly involves using a water heating furnace able to heat internally stored water to a set temperature value in advance, wherein the hot water is drawn through a water supply header pipe and transported to at least one water supply manifold, and beverage preparing modules of various types can be mounted respectively on each of the water supply manifolds so that the hot water interacts with beverage materials pre-placed in the beverage preparing modules to form a beverage. A return pipe is provided between an end of the water supply header pipe and the water heating furnace; a temperature detector and an electromagnetic return valve are provided in the return pipe; at the beginning of the water supply, electromagnetic valves of the water supply manifolds are closed and the electromagnetic return valve is opened, so that the hot water in the water supply header pipe flows directly through the return pipe back to the water heating furnace until the temperature detector detects the temperature of water in the return pipe as reaching the set temperature value, and thereafter the electromagnetic valves of the water supply manifolds are opened, and a beverage preparing procedure is performed. |
