<p>The present disclosure concerns an electronic payment system (10) for managing electronic transactions between a payer (GR) and a beneficiary (BR). The payment system (10) comprises an account database (1) arranged for storing a payer account. The account data (A1) of the payer account comprises a pre-set transaction right (TR) that indicates allowed beneficiaries (B) for the said payer (GR). A transfer processor (3) is arranged for comparing information indicating an intended beneficiary (BR) included in a prepared transaction (PT) with the allowed beneficiaries (B) indicated by the transaction right (TR). The transfer processor (3) is arranged for effectuating the actual transaction (AT) only if, in the said comparing, the information indicating the intended beneficiary (BR) of the prepared transaction (PT) matches with the allowed beneficiaries (B) of the transaction right (TR).
