Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a data transmission method, base station and user equipment (UE), the method comprising: selecting one of at least two modulation coding scheme (MCS) forms to determine the MCS, and selecting one of at least two transport block size (TBS) forms to determine the TBS, at least one of the at least two MCS forms comprising an MCS corresponding to 256 quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM); and transmitting service data to a UE based on the determined MCS and TBS, thus realizing maximization of system frequency spectrum efficiency, and improving system throughput. |
