PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic method for treating Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) not using interferon.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for treating HCV 1 infection comprising administering to a HCV patient at least two direct-acting antiviral agents (DAAs) and ribavirin, where the method does not comprise administration of interferon to the patient, the at least two DAAs include a HCV polymerase inhibitor and HCV NS5A inhibitor, and the treatment continues 8, 9, 10 or, 11 weeks. The at least 2 DAAs may include one of PSI-7977, TMC-435, daclatasvir, and GS-5885, or may be any combination of BM-790052 and BMS-650032, mericitabine, danoprevir or INX-189 and daclatasvir. |
