<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus capable of easily and quickly measuring a concentration of a suspended matter in a suspension liquid at high accuracy with hardly any modification to a structure of a spectro-photometer using a normal pre-dispersive spectroscopy.SOLUTION: A spectro-photometer has an installation of an integrating sphere. Using the spectro-photometer, a suspension liquid contained in a container is irradiated with measuring light selected in a wavelength range including a near-infrared region to measure a reflection spectrum thereof. Then reflection spectra of plural kinds of standard samples with a known concentration of a suspended matter are used to obtain a concentration of a suspended matter in the suspension liquid using a calibration model prepared by a quantitative method based on a regression method. Accordingly, a general-purpose spectro-photometer can be used almost as it is, eliminating a limitation of a container that contains a sample as compared to a transmission measurement, so that an easy and quick measurement at high accuracy can be realized.</p> |
