A fixed core (13) is provided with a fixed core tapered part (131), which expands in diameter in a suction direction (AA), and a fixed core first circular part (132) extending from an end part of the fixed core tapered part (131) in the suction direction (AA) so as to have a uniform outer diameter. A movable core (16) is provided with a movable core cylinder part (161) forming therein a movable core hole part (164), which is a space into which the fixed core tapered part (131) and the fixed core first circular part (132) can be inserted. The movable core cylinder part (161) is provided with a movable core cylinder part (165) having a uniform inner diameter and a movable core tapered cylinder part (166) having an inner circumferential surface which decreases in diameter from an end part of the movable core cylinder part (165) towards a non-suction direction (BB). |
