1. A method of reporting power headroom for a user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system supporting multiple aggregated carriers, the method comprising:
receiving configuration information for multiple carriers to be aggregated and power headroom reporting from a base station (ENB); determining, upon reception of resource allocation for uplink transmission to the ENB, the maximum transmit power for each carrier and the maximum UE transmit power; and sending a power headroom report that contains power headroom for each carrier computed based on the maximum transmit power for the carrier and the maximum UE transmit power to the ENB. |
