摘要 <p>Disclosed is a bone plate system capable of effectively maintaining a gap between a bone and a bone plate. The present invention comprises the bone plate and a locking screw. The bone plate comprises one or more locking holes on which first internal thread is formed. The locking screw is interlocked with the locking hole and comprises: a head which is tapered for diameter to be reduced along a central axis; a shaft extended from the head; a first external thread formed on the head to be interlocked with the first internal thread; and a second external thread formed on the shaft to be combined with a bone. The depth of threaded rod having maximum outer diameter among the threaded rods of the first external thread is formed to be bigger than the depth of screw threads of the first internal thread in order for the locking screw to be interlocked with slope against the central axis of the locking hole. In addition, the pitch of the first external thread is formed to be smaller than the pitch of the second external thread to maintain the gap between the bone plate and bone when interlocking the locking screw. The present invention can easily and accurately maintain the gap between the bone and bone plate by interlocking the locking screw, thereby effectively performing bone regeneration and inosculation. Also, the present invention can easily combine the locking screw with a bone at desired angles within a predetermined ranges; therefore a surgeon can conveniently perform a fracture surgery.</p>
