The present invention relates to a method for continuously collecting (meth)acrylic acid and an apparatus using the method. According to the present invention, a stable and continuous process is operated in the method and the apparatus for continuously collecting (meth)acrylic acid where provided is the method for continuously collecting (meth)acrylic acid, which is allowed to safely operate stable and continuous process because an extractant is prevented from flowing in the continuous (meth)acrylic acid collecting process like in a (meth)acrylic acid absorbing process. In the present invention, an absorbing process is allowed to obtain the aqueous solution of (meth)acrylic acid by contacting water with a mixture gas including (meth)acrylic acid generated by synthesis reaction of (meth)acrylic acid, an organic byproducts and water vapor.
