A tray and a tray assembly body are provided. Stability of the superposed trays is ensured and height of the superposed trays after use is reduced. A workpiece is arranged on the tray (10) and is configured to be that feet (13) are used for ensuring gaps in a height direction, arranged between other trays (10) mounted on a lower side when the trays are superposed in the height direction in a consistent direction manner, and are fixed below the trays (10). In the trays (10), through holes (14) for inserting the feet (13) are mounted on positions of the feet (13) when the direction of the trays (10) are changed by 180 DEG from the direction of height direction superposition. |
