<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a card processor equipped with a full detector that is capable of detecting a full state of a card stacker, which is formed at an opening and closing unit installed at a main unit of the card processor in a manner capable of opening and closing, without pulling a distributing cable around. <P>SOLUTION: A full detector 70 arranged at a main unit 2 of a card processor 1 rotates in association with a card lifting plate 41 that moves according to the number of stored cards in a card stacker 14. A detection piece of a detection lever 71 located at a turning position at the time of being full is detected by a detection part 73 consisting of a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element that are mounted on a circuit board 27 on a side of the main unit 2. Since the detection lever 71 is held in a state of being pressed against the card lifting plate 41 in an opening direction of an opening and closing unit by an extension coil spring 72, there is no problem in opening and closing of an opening and closing unit 3. A simple mechanism requiring no cabling realizes a full state of the card stacker 14 located at a position farthest from the circuit board 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
