The present invention relates to a laundry treatment apparatus which is provided to easily draw out laundry and comprises: a casing having a laundry entrance opened to the upper side and formed on the upper surface thereof to receive laundry from the upper side; a door of the laundry entrance; and a control unit receiving the input of a predetermined control command to control the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus, wherein the control unit is arranged on the front end of the door and moves along the upper surface when the door is opened.
