摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method and device for manufacturing composites for purifying an organic pollutant and, particularly, is characterized in that an aqueous solution for composites, which includes a photocatalyst, laponite, and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), is fed at a predetermined time interval into a boric acid aqueous solution flowing in a direction, wherein: although the aqueous solution for the composites, which reacts with the boric acid aqueous solution, is continuously fed, the boric acid aqueous solution flows in the direction without an overlap at a predetermined point, so that the composites formed by the reaction of the aqueous solution with the boric acid aqueous solution are not adhered to each other and can be individually and continuously manufactured; and a reaction time of the polyvinyl alcohol with the boric acid aqueous solution is increased while the boric acid aqueous solution flows in the direction along a flow passage, so that a reaction occurs not only on the surface of the composites, but also on the inside thereof, thereby improving a water-resisting property of the composites.</p>
