<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma at timing according to operation of a communication device of a called person for a user other than the called person. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit of a communication terminal 100a notifies an aroma communication server device 300 of a communication terminal 100b executing incoming call operation together with clock time when this execution of operation is notified (step S14). A control unit of the aroma communication server device 300 measures time (calling time) elapsed from the notified clock time when it confirms there is a certain contract with the caller and called person after receiving this notification (step S16). The control unit of the aroma communication server device 300 instructs the call origination side communication terminal 100a to start giving off an aroma when a condition is met that the calling time reaches the length equivalent to three times as long as ringing tone (step S17).
