Disclosed is a lubrication device for a pilot bearing in a manual transmission ensuring durability of a transmission by securing a more smooth lubrication path toward a pilot bearing using relative rotational speed difference between respectively different shaft members coaxially spaced from each other with a geometric modification to a hub gear installed in a synchronous mechanism. The lubrication device for a pilot bearing (14) comprises: a hub gear (26) installed to rotate in synchronization with respect to at least one of an input shaft (10) and an output shaft (12); a groove unit (27) formed on a side of the hub gear (26) toward the pilot bearing (14); and a rib (27b) formed to divide an impounding space by the groove unit (27).
