摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# A scanning unit (10) includes a first scanning device which generates a reference-pulse signal, and a second scanning device which generates incremental signals. Each incremental graduation (33.2) of each of the two incremental-graduation tracks of a displaceable reflection-measuring graduation (30) is arranged to be acted upon at least once in an incremental-signal scanning field by a scanning beam to generate incremental signals. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Position-measuring apparatus for generating incremental signals and reference-pulse signal at reference position. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Minimizes influence of Moire tilting between measuring graduation and scanning unit, thus avoiding faulty measurements.
