<p>Disclosed are a touch panel sensor capable of simplifying the structure and manufacturing processes and improving reliability, and a manufacturing method thereof. A manufacturing method of a touch panel sensor, placed on an upper part of a display to sense a contact position of a target, includes: a step of providing a release film, on which a release adhesion layer including fine particles is formed, a base layer formed on an upper surface of the release adhesion layer, and a lamination film including electrode patterns formed on an upper surface of the base layer; a step of laminating an insulating substrate on the lamination film to cover the upper surface of the base layer; and a step of removing the release film from the bottom of the base layer. As the fine particles are separated from the bottom of the base layer when the release film is removed, an indented scattering pattern corresponding to the fine particles is formed on the bottom of the base layer.</p> |
