<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation panel material effectively used to miniaturize a device by combining improvement of output as a radiating function and slimming. <P>SOLUTION: In this radiation panel material 7 including a long panel 10 and heat medium circulation pipes 11, 12 which are disposed along the longitudinal direction of the panel 10 and in which a heat medium flows, the plurality of heat medium circulation pipes 11, 12 are received in the panel 10, and the plurality of heat medium circulation pipes 11, 12 are arranged on the same plane P<SB>L</SB>. As the plurality of heat medium circulation pipes 11, 12 are received in the panel 10 in this radiation panel material 7, a circulation mount of the heat medium can be substantially increased, which is effective for improving the output.
