<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and continuously performing thermoforming at high speed in which, in the process from size enlargement to mold release in the thermoforming for a stretched polyester resin sheet, particularly, heat treatment is performed at a high temperature of a preheat sheet temperature or higher before the size enlargement, and the mold release is carried out. <P>SOLUTION: In the continuous production method for a thermoformed article with a stretched sheet of a polyester resin, using a forming mold formed of a material whose thermal permeability (kJ/m2s1/2K) is 0.01 to 15, during the repetition of: a step (1) of performing heating by contact of a high temperature gas with the surface of the forming mold and/or by infrared irradiation; a step (2) of performing heating by contact of a high temperature gas with the back surface of a size-enlarged body and/or by infrared irradiation; a step (3) of performing cooling by contact of a gas flow for cooling with the back surface of the size-enlarged body; and a step (4) of performing cooling by contact of a gas flow for cooling with the surface of the forming mold, in a process performed in such a manner that the surface temperature of the forming mold is controlled to the one satisfying a prescribed apex temperature and a bottom point temperature, and also, each temperature is regulated or controlled to be repeated as fixed value, size enlargement and mold release are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
