The present invention relates to a fuel oil supply apparatus of a drillship, which is provided to increase space efficiency and reduce installation and maintenance expenses by reducing the number of facilities. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel oil supply apparatus of a drillship comprises: multiple fuel oil settling tanks; a cleaner room storing fuel oil supplied from the settling tanks; multiple fuel oil service tanks receiving the fuel oil from the cleaner room; and multiple engine rooms corresponding to the fuel oil service tanks one-to-one; wherein the engine rooms receive fuel oil from the fuel oil service tanks corresponding to the engine rooms, and the cleaner room has a cleaner installed therein to remove impurities from the fuel oil.
