摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a heating and cooling system using a thermoelectric element which maximizes a heating and cooling efficiency at low costs by arranging a plurality of thermoelectric elements in series or in parallel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heating and cooling system using the thermoelectric element comprises: a heat exchange unit supplying heat-exchanged water through a pipe embedded in a floor of a residence or a place of work; the thermoelectric elements, in accordance with the approved direction of a direct current voltage, wherein a side performs a heat emitting function and the other side simultaneously performs a heat absorbing function; a motor pump installed in an input or an output of the heat exchange unit; a radiation fin improving a heat exchange efficiency of each of the thermoelectric elements; an electrical heating member maximizing the efficiency of the thermoelectric elements; a user input unit to set a temperature of each mode; a 3-way valve selectively controlling a discharge path of the heat-exchanged water discharged from the heat exchange unit; a display unit displaying a set temperature and a current temperature; and a control unit controlling an execution of the operation mode by comparing the set temperature with the current temperature.</p>
