<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-accounting-unit transfer classification division system for automatically generating classification for each accounting unit, based on classification which includes multiple accounting units and has the detail of debit-credit M:N. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic division system 102 for inter-accounting-unit transfer classification includes: an input department classification generation processing part 112 for comparing identification information of a slip issuing source with identification information of a customer in the inter-accounting-unit transfer classification, changing an account title in the inter-accounting-unit transfer classification into the identification information of the customer when the identification information of the slip issuing source is difference from the identification information of the customer, and generating the classification of the slip issuing source; and a non-input-department classification generation processing part 113 for comparing the identification information of the slip issuing source with the identification information of the customer, changing the credit into the debit and the debit into the credit in the inter-accounting-unit transfer classification when the identification information of the slip issuing source is different from the identification information of the customer, changing the account title in the inter-accounting-unit transfer classification into the identification information of the slip issuing source, and generating the classification of an accounting unit to be identified by the identification information of the customer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
