<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe joint which is improved so as to permit a clamping operation of a union nut smoothly and lightly without accompanying diameter-reducing deformation of an inner cylinder while exhibiting effective coming-off prevention function and effective seal performance of a tube. <P>SOLUTION: The resin pipe joint has a joint body 1 made of fluorine resin provided with an inner cylinder 4 and a male screw, and a union nut 2 made of fluorine resin provided with a sealing pressing part 10 for pressing a female screw 8 and a diameter-expansion part 3A and a coming-off prevention pressing part 11 and, by the clamping of the union nut 2 in such a state that the tube 3 is inserted to the inner tube 4 and the diameter-expansion part 3A is formed, the large-diameter side part of a diameter-expansion changing region 9 is pressed on the coming-off prevention pressing part 11 and the small-diameter side part is pressed on the sealing pressing part 10 respectively in the axial center P direction, wherein, on respective parts pressed by the sealing pressing part 10 and the coming-off prevention pressing part 11 by the screwing of the union nut 2 in the tube 3, depressions h1, h2 are formed beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
