PURPOSE:To adjust an inductance value by making a spiral groove to form a coil, setting a conductor film around the outer circumference of a plastic insulator, said coil being contacted with pressure, transformed or cut with a sharp tool. CONSTITUTION:A plastic insulator 1 is covered with a conductor 2, said conductor 2 being provided with a spiral groove 4 which reaches to said insulator 1 contacting with a tool 3 with pressure while rotating. The coil 5 thus formed is adhesive to a substrate 7, and is soldered to a foil 9. In order to adjust the inductance value, the coil is mechanically transformed by contacting with pressure with a sharp tool from the side of the coil 5. This adjustment is possible by cutting one part or abutting the heater to the insulator 1. With this method, the inductance value can be adjusted and fixed stably. |
