The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a car cowl bracket using a progressive die. The method for manufacturing a car cowl bracket using a progressive die comprises: a notching step (S1) of forming a hollowness hole (12) and a burring hole (14) and cutting an edge of a strip in a cowl bracket shape; a burring step (S2) of making a flange in a hole by pushing a punch with a diameter larger than the burring hole into the burring hole (14) formed in the notching step (S1); a curling unit forming step (S3) of forming curling units (11) on both ends of the strip; a bending unit forming step (S4) of bending a pair of curling units (11) downward to form a bending unit (15); and a blanking-L bending step (S5) of forming an L bending unit (11) in the strip. The present invention can form a complex product as a mold structure, enables mass production, and can increase productivity as a manufacturing speed is fast. |
