Provided by various embodiments of the present invention is a message sorting method of a conversation function. The message sorting method includes the following steps of: detecting a user input which selects at least one first conversation message outputted on a conversation function screen; generating unique information generated based on at least one among identification information, time information, recipient information, and contents information from the selected first conversation message; transmitting the unique information by including the unique information in a second conversation message generated by a user input; and rearranging the position of the second conversation message to be related with the first conversation message based on the unique information.
