<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic type oxygen analyzer capable of measuring oxygen concentration in a measurement object gas with high sensitivity while compactifying a magnetic field generating unit.SOLUTION: A magnetic field generation unit 20 includes a core 14 which has a substantially U shaped appearance and a pair of legs 14a and 14b extending in parallel to each other, a pair of pole pieces 15a and 15b which are fixed to the pair of legs and whose tip ends face to each other with a gap therebetween, and a first coil 21a and a second coil 21b formed by winding a wire 22 around respectively the pair of legs. A sample flow channel 3 near a first auxiliary gas inflow port 6 is arranged at a position in the gap between the tip ends of the pair of pole pieces. The wire is aligned and wound around each of the pair of legs for forming the first core and the second core.</p> |
