PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent emergency stop of an elevator in the case of power outage.SOLUTION: In the case of power outage, electric power is supplied to an elevator control device 20 from a battery that is charged by using electric power supplied from a power source during a normal operation of an elevator and that is charged by using regenerative electric power generated by regenerative operation of the elevator in the case of power outage. A determination section 23a determines whether or not a charging rate of the battery 11 is a first upper limit value or higher in the case of power outage. An operation control section 23b makes an operating speed of the elevator during the regenerative operation lower than a rated speed to suppress generation of the regenerative electric power and performs operation when the determination that the charging rate of the battery 11 is the first upper limit value or higher is made. |
