<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin detergent composition which increases a horny layer moisture content, is excellent in a moist feeling or without a tight feeling after finish, and does not generate a dry skin after washing, and further is excellent in preservation stability, by washing without missing the moisture component which the skin originally requires, while washing effectively, whereas it can be used easily without the time and effort of making foams due to not containing an anionic surfactant nor an ampholytic surfactant, in washing the skin.SOLUTION: A skin detergent composition does not contain an anionic surfactant nor an ampholytic surfactant, and contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) 0.01-10 mass% of cellulose derivatives; and (B) 0.001-20 mass% of polyoxyethylene alkyl glucoside.</p> |
