PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially cool a secondary battery module having the possibility of reaching high temperatures in future according to the operational aspect of the secondary battery module.SOLUTION: A control panel 130 acquires the temperature of at least two or more secondary battery modules 140 among the secondary battery modules 140. Then, the control panel 130 calculates a first temperature change rate which is the temperature change rate of the secondary battery modules 140 during a first time period. Then, the control panel 130 specifies an evaluation time corresponding to the first temperature change rate as a second time period. Then, the control panel 130 calculates a second temperature change rate which is the temperature change rate of the secondary battery modules 140 during a second time period. Then, the control panel 130 estimates each temperature of the secondary battery modules 140 after a third time period elapses on the basis of the temperature of the secondary battery modules 140 and the second temperature change rate. Then, the control panel 130 designates cooling of the secondary battery modules on the basis of the estimated temperature. |
