PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system capable of accurately diagnosing, in a lump, operation of a plurality of radio communication devices having different specifications on a frequency band and the like.SOLUTION: A monitoring system according to an embodiment comprises a receiving device and a monitoring device. The receiving device receives respective signals transmitted using a comprehensive frequency band including all of communication bands which are used for communication by a plurality of diagnosis target radio communication devices and are different between the plurality of diagnosis target radio communication devices; and outputs reception data including the respective received signals to the monitoring device. The monitoring device comprises a detection unit and a monitoring unit. The detection unit performs detection on predetermined detection items corresponding to the plurality of diagnosis target radio communication devices on the basis of a signal of each of the communication bands of the signals included in the reception data. The monitoring unit diagnoses operation of each of the plurality of diagnosis target radio communication devices, on the basis of a result of the detection by the detection unit. |
