The present invention relates to a liquefied natural gas (LNG) loading and unloading apparatus of a complex floating offshore plant, wherein the LNG loading and unloading apparatus is a floating liquefied gas (FLNG) facility, and, more specifically, to an LNG loading and unloading apparatus of a complex floating offshore plant capable of unloading LNG produced and stored in the FLNG supplying power produced in the FLNG to a shuttle LNG carrier at the same time. The LNG loading an unloading apparatus of a complex floating offshore plat and the complex floating offshore plant including the same are provided to maintain a preheating and cooling state of the LNG transferred through a supply pipe during an unloading process. The LNG loading and unloading apparatus is provided to unload LNG from the complex floating offshore plant to the shuttle LNG carrier equipped with a power generation facility such as a photovoltaic generation apparatus, a wind power generation apparatus, or a wave power generation apparatus. The LNG loading and unloading apparatus of the complex floating offshore plant comprises: an LNG supply pipe installed in the floating offshore plant to supply LNG to the shuttle LNG carrier; a power supply cable supplying power produced in the floating offshore plant to the shuttle LNG carrier; a power supply connection adaptor installed in one end of the power supply cable to be connected to a power receiving connection adaptor installed in the shuttle LNG carrier; and a control board controlling power supplied through the power supply cable.
