PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sea weed-processed food having a sharp hue and high in palatability, and a sea weed-processed food good in color scheme originated from sea weed, hard to be stuck to teeth and having satisfactory flavor and texture as well.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a sea weed-processed food having a sharp hue and high in palatability by using physically pulverized microparticle-shaped sea weed, and also provided is a sea weed-processed food which uses calcium salt and is good in color scheme originated from sea weed, hard to be stuck to teeth and has satisfactory flavor and texture as well. |
