<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device capable of reducing occurrence of color mixture.SOLUTION: A solid state imaging apparatus 1 has plural pixel areas which are formed in a two-dimensional array being separated from each other by an element separation area. The solid state imaging apparatus 1 includes: plural micro-lenses 11; plural color filters 12 which are disposed beneath the plural micro-lenses; plural photodiodes 14 disposed beneath the plural color filters 12; and wirings which are formed on the element separation area between the plural micro-lenses 12 and the plural photodiodes 14.</p> |
