PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a biomolecule analysis by a digital-count system with easy operation without using a magnetic field.SOLUTION: A biomolecule analysis method includes: fixing a composite which is made of a support member to be detected, a fixing reaction molecule, and analysis object biomolecule on a supporting substrate through a tie molecule; optically detecting the composite fixed on the supporting substrate based on the support member to be detected; and counting the composite fixed on the supporting substrate based on this.
