<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor with high charging capacity.SOLUTION: The capacitor uses a negative-electrode material which includes a metal-oxide powder capable of intercalating Li ion. The metal-oxide powder is preferably one selected from the following: MoO, VO, FeO, FeO, FeO, SnO, SnO, BiSnOand NbO. A negative-electrode material containing a mixture of the metal-oxide powder and a carbon powder is preferably used.</p> |
