PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which achieves reduction in a manufacturing cost and improvement of a yield, and air-conditioning equipment provided with the same.SOLUTION: In a rotary electric machine provided with a rotatable rotor to which a shaft is connected, and a stator for rotating the rotor, the rotor has a boss portion to which the shaft is connected, and a plurality of rotor magnetic pole pieces which are annularly connected to each other. Each of the rotor magnetic pole pieces includes: an arc-shaped rotor yoke portion; a resin portion which is provided between the boss portion and the rotor yoke portion, and fixes the boss portion and the rotor yoke portion; and a permanent magnet adhered to the outer peripheral face of the rotor yoke portion. |
