PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive circuit that controls output states of half bridge power output stages by serial interface communication.SOLUTION: A motor drive circuit 100 has a control logic circuit 130 for setting output terminals OUT1-OUT6 at three-value levels consisting of a high output, a low output and a high impedance. The control logic circuit 130 feeds gates of high side transistors QH1-QH6 and low side transistors QL1-QL6 to set each of them at any one of the three-value levels on the basis of a clock signal SCK and input data SDI input thereinto from an MCU (microcontroller unit). |
