<p>Disclosed are an apparatus and a method to set a line laser for aligning a working position of a welding robot capable of aligning a working position of a robot by considering all of a deformation error of a welding torch or an error of a robot body or the like which can be generated even if origin point mastering. The apparatus to set a line laser for aligning a working position of a welding robot is mounted on a welding robot, comprises a laser strip for irradiating a line laser to a workpiece, and is formed to rotate a line laser irradiated from the laser strip in the direction of a roll and the direction of a pitch. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of improving the overall working speed and efficiency by markedly reducing the number of realignment and improving setting precision by overcoming an error which can be generated by a robot mechanical error.</p> |
