PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely report an incoming call by sounding a call incoming alarm tone while varying its sound volume and ringing pattern corresponding to a surrounding noise level. SOLUTION: A microphone 1 converts the surrounding noise to an electric signal, and a level measuring part 2 converts the level of this electric signal to a digital value and sends it to a control part 3. Corresponding to the level of the digital value, the control part 3 sets the ringing pattern and call incoming tone volume of the call incoming alarm tone. A call incoming tone volume/ ringing pattern setting part 4 sets a ringing pattern control signal and a call incoming tone volume control signal respectively corresponding to the ringing pattern and the call incoming tone volume. Under the control of the call incoming tone volume control signal set by the call incoming tone volume/ringing pattern setting part 4, a sound volume control part 5 controls the level of the call incoming alarm signal. A speaker 6 loudly speaks this level controlled call incoming alarm tone signal. |
