PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output power while suppressing narrowing of an operating band.SOLUTION: A voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO 12) outputs an output signal having a frequency depending on an input control voltage, a distributor 13 distributes the output signal of the VCO 12, a plurality of injection-locked oscillators (VILOs 14-1 to 14-4) regulate self-oscillation frequencies in accordance with the frequency and frequency-multiply the signal distributed from the distributor 13 to output respective signals, and a combiner 15 combines signals output from the VILOs 14-1 to 14-4, respectively, into an output. This increases output power while suppressing narrowing of an operating band. |
