PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely register a correct tire ID with a facility side device while saving labor of a user as well as suppressing congestion caused by newly registering the tire ID with the facility side device, in performing permission to use a facility by using a tire air pressure monitoring system.SOLUTION: A TPMS ECU 10 comprises: a reporting destination storage unit 109 for previously storing a reporting destination of a management computer 50 on a facility used by a vehicle; and an after-exchange ID reporting unit 111 which makes an after-exchange tire ID on a tire after exchange be transmitted, through a communication network, to a reporting destination stored in the reporting destination storage unit 109, when a tire exchange detection unit detects exchange of the tire. The management computer 50 comprises a registration change unit 509 for registering an after-exchange tire ID in a registration unit 505, when receiving the after-exchange tire ID transmitted from the TPMS ECU 10 through the communication network. |
