The present invention relates to a hollow fiber membrane filter and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a hollow fiber membrane filter including: an external hollow fiber membrane in which a bundle of hollow fiber membranes is formed in a spiral to form a cylindrical hollow unit inside; and a bundle of internal hollow fiber membranes formed on the hollow unit along the longitudinal direction of the external hollow fiber membrane, where at least a part is linear, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
