The present invention relates to a polymer composition for manufacturing an acetylated alkyl cellulose separation membrane comprising acetylated alkyl cellulose, crystalline polymers, surfactants and poor solvents, and to a manufacturing method for the acetylated alkyl cellulose separation membrane using the same. The acetylated alkyl cellulose separation membrane manufactured by the present invention exhibits excellent mechanical properties, water flux, hydrophilicity and membrane fouling resistance, thereby being suitable for use as an acetylated alkyl cellulose separation membrane.
