<p>The present invention relates to a seismic isolating device (100) installed between an upper structure (10) and a mounting plate (21) on a lower column (20). The seismic isolating device (100) comprises: a lower plate (110) having a shear key (111) vertically standing in the center thereof; a vertical load accommodating member (120) which is fixed and installed on the lower part (110) to accommodate the vertical load when inserted into the shear key (111); a connection sphere (130) which is installed on the vertical load accommodating member (120) when inserted into the shear key (111) and fixed to the lower plate (110); a friction member (140) which is installed on the connection sphere (130) to perform a friction reducing function and control displacement; a spring (150) which is coupled to perform a covering function on every directions of the connection sphere (130); and a cap-shaped open/closing protective box (160) which has an upper plate (161) and a wall (162). The wall (162) is coupled to the upper plate (161) by a hinge (163) to be opened and closed and is installed to protect the friction member (140) and the spring (150) from an external impact. The seismic isolating device (100) is normally fixed in a horizontal direction by controlling displacement between the upper structure (10) and the lower column (20) against wing load and has a wind load resisting member to perform a seismic isolation function only at the time of a predetermined level of earth quake.</p> |
