摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing meat products such as cow, pig, and chicken and, especially, to a method for manufacturing meat products which has soft texture by slowly cooking for a long time at low temperature when heat treating the meat products, and has clean taste and unique flavor by fluent beef stock contained in the meat. Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing meat products which includes a 93.9 wt% of raw meat, 1.95 wt% of olive oil, 1.77 wt% of hub mix, 1.64 wt% of onion mix, 1.22 wt% of garlic mix, and 0.34 wt% of bay salt.
