Disclosed is an apparatus for producing a flexible circuit substrate having excellent dimensional stability, which increases dimensional stability by maintaining the inside of a chamber at 150-200°C in the nitrogen gas and increases reliability of a final product by forming an additional heating device and by removing moisture contained in a copper film or an adhesion film. According to the present invention, the apparatus for producing the flexible circuit substrate having excellent dimensional stability comprises: a chamber processing manufacture of a laminate; a film supply roller formed outside the chamber, where an insulation film is wound; a copper film supply roller formed outside the chamber, where the copper film is wound; a compression roller thermally compressing the insulation film and the copper film; a winding roller formed outside chamber and winding the laminate in which the insulation film and the copper film are thermally compressed; a nitrogen supply unit supplying nitrogen to the inside of the chamber; and a chamber heating unit constantly maintaining the temperature of the inside of the chamber.
