It is composed of helical plate while cavities in said opening are filled with foaming and or filling glue composition. Method of assembly comprises mounting of bottom skin, fitting of lower glue layer, fitting of said cellular filler support reinforcing elements, top glue ply and top skin. Reinforcing element is composed of said helical plate as contracted is fitted in said openings of cellular filler; tie is removed to fill formed cavity with said foaming and/or glue composition.EFFECT: lower labour input, higher efficiency, expanded applications.9 cl, 7 dwg
