<p>The present invention provides an organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting device includes a substrate on which a thin film transistor is formed in each pixel region to define at least two pixels, a first electrode which is electrically connected to each thin film transistor, an auxiliary electrode which is formed on the same layer as the first electrode, a bank which has an opening part to expose the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode, an organic layer which is formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode which is formed on the auxiliary electrode and the organic layer. Wherein, the thickness of the auxiliary electrode is thinner than the thickness of the organic layer.</p> |
