The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tie for preventing a crack of a railway concrete track-bed and a construction method thereof. The tie prevents generation of a crack in an adjacent concrete track-bed layer by a precast concrete tie and improves safety and durability and minimizes the orbital distortion in order to secure stability of a train. According to the present invention, the tie for preventing a crack of a railway concrete track-bed has a roadbed reinforcement layer on a roadbed, and the precast concrete tie is positioned on the roadbed reinforcement layer, and the concrete track-bed layer is formed by casting the concrete in the lower side of the precast concrete tie. Urethane injections are injected to be filled between the precast concrete tie and the concrete track-bed layer after the concrete is placed and a prevention rod is removed when a plurality of perforation holes having a predetermined diameter is inserted into the precast concrete tie. |
